This Privacy Policy governs Evergreen Retirement Plan Consulting, LLC’s (Evergreen, we, us, etc.) collection of data from you as a user of our website.  Evergreen provides information and other services relating to your optimizing your organization’s retirement plan for employees (“Services”).

We collect data from you for the purpose of offering to provide your company our Services.  This includes your name, email and company.  However, we only collect such data by use of the form on our website that allows you to express interest in our Services.  In the course of follow-up, we may also collect data about your company.  We will treat this data as subject to this Privacy Policy.

Inherent to the operation of our website and the internet, we also collect data relating to the web site you came from, if any, your internet address, the pages of our website you visit and in which order.
